Live Animal Shipping within the United States

All live animals are shipped using FedEx priority overnight shipping. 

Live animals are only shipped Monday-Thursday. 

*When adding an animal to the cart there will be a section for you to add your desired delivery date. This is a request and it is not a guarantee that your order will arrive that day. We will do our best to meet your request. Someone must be home on the day of delivery to receive the package.

*After you place your order you will get an email going over the details of your shipping date please respond to this to confirm the information is correct and that someone will be home to receive the package.

These are live animals-ensuring that the animal arrives quickly and in good condition is our highest priority. In most cases, your shipment should arrive by 10:30 am. Depending on your location, some shipments may arrive by 12 pm noon.

Once the package has arrived at a FedEx processing center you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided. A signature is not required for delivery due to the fact if nobody signs the animal will ride in the truck all day. So please check your front porch frequently the morning that your animal is due to be delivered. If you do not receive your shipment by 10:30 am, please CALL or TEXT 801-995-5096 to inform us there is a problem. We need to be aware of the matter from the beginning to ensure the problem is corrected in a timely manner.

A missed shipment is rare but this is not the time to use email as contact. We need to help track the shipment, inform FedEx and ensure that the animal arrives to you in good condition. These are live animals and as the recipient of the shipment you have a responsibility to help ensure they are delivered. If FedEx shows that the box was delivered to your front porch, we will assume that you have received the shipment. 

We do not offer returns on live animals. Please make sure this is the right animal for you before purchasing!

Live Arrival Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you alive, in good condition, and correctly sexed. We will only accept returns on animals that are mislabeled or misgendered if notified within 24 hours of receipt.

The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
